Admission Steps:
Step 1. Call the Addiction Support Line (Available 24 /7 )
With rehab comes many questions; one phone call to our highly trained admissions coordinators will help answer these questions professionally and confidentiality is always guaranteed.
Step 2. Patient’s needs.
During the initial phone call our coordinators will ask a variety of questions; the answers will help determine the best location. Please keep in mind that where a patient lives plays only a minor role in that determination.
Step 3: Financials
With Manor Centers we pride ourselves on offering the most comprehensive, all inclusive programs in the country regardless if self-pay or if insurance coverage is involved. In many cases we have grants that can help with the cost of treatment.
Insurance clients you will be directed to our online benefit checker form. Our benefits team has streamlined the process. Knowing if and how much rehab coverage you have will give you peace of mind, with no obligation.
For Self-Pay clients we will determine which program is best then use grants and/or donations to help defray the cost.
Step 4: Assessment
Before admittance, one of our counselors will ask the patient a few basic questions to make certain they are going into the right program and that they are not subject to having violent tendencies.
Step 5: Travel Arrangements
Manor Centers offers a full service travel department that often can use donations from private sources to help with the cost of travel. Once the right location is determined, our travel department will make all necessary arrangements. For those who drive themselves, there is parking but client MUST turn in vehicle keys upon arrival.
